Cancellation Timeline

Requests submitted 24 hours or more before a scheduled paid session are eligible for full session credit.

Requests made under 24 hours are reviewed case by case and may receive partial credit based on scheduling impact.

Within 14 calendar days of purchase, unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis when no more than one session has been completed.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days using the original payment method when possible.
